Founder's Note: Jedi’s journey and why I’m hiring for this role:
In 2016, I embarked on an exciting journey and founded Jedi Marketing, initially as a social media agency. Our early days were filled with energy and ambition, and by 2018, we had expanded our services to encompass brand strategy, end to end digital marketing, content writing, and more. However, as we grew, I began to feel that our broad range of services, while diverse, was making it difficult to focus and truly excel in any one area.
Over the past year and a half, I have dedicated myself to redefining and sharpening our focus. It was an incredibly challenging and often gruelling process, involving many tough decisions and significant changes. Yet, it was through this intense period of reflection and restructuring that I discovered Jedi Marketing's true superpower: our unique ability to help business leaders and subject matter experts transform their expertise into compelling content strategies that resonate with their customers and drive business growth.
This realisation was a turning point for both myself and the business. By honing in on B2B Content Strategy and Marketing, I found Jedi’s sweet spot—what we do best and what we are known for. With this newfound clarity, Jedi has experienced rapid growth over the past few months and an overwhelming demand for our specialised services.

Purpose of your role:
The purpose of your role is to make the management of our campaigns highly efficient, ensure that the campaigns achieve the desired results and maintaining the high standards of output our clients are used to.
This role is created to free up the Founder’s time to focus on business development and business operations, hence your role will involve the day-to-day management of campaigns.
The 3 critical outcomes of your role include:
- Customer service and efficient communications: Ensuring you maintain constant communications with all stakeholders to ensure maximum efficiency and campaign performance. This involves managing stakeholders well and ensuring that everyone is kept informed and aligned throughout the campaign process.
- Successful planning and rollout of marketing campaigns: This means campaigns need to continuously achieve the desired outcomes for our clients, thereby retaining our clients whilst attracting new ones through word of mouth and referrals. The success of our campaigns is pivotal to our growth and reputation.
- High-value copywriting that drives action for our audience: Deliver expert copywriting, particularly for social media and email platforms, that drives action and results. Your strong copywriting skills are essential to our service offering, ensuring that our clients achieve their goals and see tangible results from our campaigns.
Long-term vision of the role:
In this journey with Jedi, you'll have the chance to work closely with our clients, helping them to shape and amplify their brand narratives whilst helping them achieve results that move the needle in their businesses. As you develop in this role and as the team grows, you'll also mentor and support future team members, sharing your insights and expertise to help them excel in the work they produce. I see this position evolving into a leadership role, where your contributions play a pivotal part in the growth and success of both our clients and Jedi, whilst ensuring this growth benefits you professionally and financially.
